At Pikastore.cz, we strive for your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you have purchased an item that does not meet your expectations or has an incorrect size, you have the option to return it within 14 days of receiving the package.

Condition of Goods:
- The goods must be in their original condition, without signs of use.
- They must be returned in the original packaging or box with all accessories.
Return Process:
- Visit the customer account interface on our website, where you will find the necessary information to initiate the return process.
- After initiating the return, we will send you a return label within 24 hours.
Exceptions to Returns:
- Withdrawal from the contract is not possible for goods from the underwear section, for customized goods (sewn, altered, repaired, sharpened), or items made according to the customer’s specific requirements.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.

- In the case of a complaint, it is necessary to state the reason for the complaint.
