Orders
What size should I choose?
For each product you will find a detailed size chart to help you choose the right size. If you are unsure, please do not hesitate to contact us by email or phone, we will be happy to advise you.
Tip: When choosing a size, we recommend also taking into account the cut and material of the product.
Can I cancel my order?
You can only cancel or edit an order within 15 minutes of placing it. If you miss this deadline, you can return your order after it has been delivered. Simply log in to your account and follow the return instructions.
Tip: If you need to change something, such as the size or color, contact us as soon as possible so we can adjust your order before it ships.
What if I want to modify an order?
If you need to change your order (such as size, color, or delivery address), please let us know as soon as possible. Changes are only possible up until the order is shipped to you.
What if the product I want is out of stock?
If a product is currently out of stock, don't despair! We regularly restock popular pieces. You can enter your email on the product page and we'll let you know when the product is back in stock.
Tip: Limited editions and special collections are usually out of stock - so we recommend acting quickly when you spot them.
How long does it take to process an order?
We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Once we ship, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can track your shipment.
Note: In exceptional cases, such as during holidays, processing may be slightly delayed, but we always try to be as fast as possible.
Transport
What is your transportation policy?
We deliver reliably and quickly thanks to verified partners.
- Czech Republic and Slovakia: Free shipping on orders over 500 CZK or 20 EUR .
- International orders: Free shipping on purchases over 5000 CZK or 200 EUR .

What carriers do you use?
In the Czech Republic and Slovakia we deliver via Zásilkovna. For international orders we use reliable partners who will ensure fast and safe delivery to your country.
Do you also deliver to Slovakia or abroad?
Yes, we deliver not only to Slovakia, but also to most European countries. The price and shipping options will be displayed automatically during the order completion process.
Delivery time:
- Slovakia: 2–3 business days.
- International: Usually 3-7 business days, depending on the destination.
What should I do if my package was lost, stolen or damaged?
If your package arrived damaged or was lost in transit, contact us immediately. Have your order number and a description of the problem ready - we will quickly check everything with the carrier.
Solution:
- If the package is lost, we will send you a new one or refund your money.
- For damaged shipments, we will arrange a replacement if available.
Can I track my order?
After your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. Using this number, you can track the status and location of your package directly on the carrier's website.
Tip: For some international shipments, the tracking number may be changed in the destination country. If the tracking is not working, please contact us and we will verify the problem.
Returns and exchanges
How can I return the goods?
Log in to your account on our website.
Select your order and follow the instructions to start the return process.
The goods were shipped using the label and instructions that we will send you.
Once we receive the returned goods, we will usually process the request within 14 days.
What is the return policy?
- You can return the goods within 14 days of delivery .
- They must be unused, in their original packaging and with all tags attached.
- If the product does not meet these conditions, we cannot accept the return.
Tip: Carefully check the condition of the goods before sending them back.
How long does it take to process a return or exchange?
How long will it take for my money to be refunded or a new product to be delivered?
After receiving the returned goods in stock, we will process the request within 14 business days .
- Refund: We will send the money back to the account used for purchase.
- Exchange: We will ship a new product as soon as we receive the original item.
Can I exchange the item for a different size or color?
Is it possible to exchange for a different size or color?
Yes, the replacement is simple:
- Start the exchange process in your account just like you would for a return.
- Please tell us in the reason for return what size or color you are interested in.
- Once we receive the original goods, we will send you a new product (subject to stock availability).
